Who is responsible

This site (consulting.jalcocertech.com), its qualifier and updates forms, the booking flow, the free ebooks site (ebooks.jalcocertech.com) and any consulting engagement that follows are operated by JAlcocerTech – Jesús Alcocer Tagua (“we”, “I”), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Business details (NIP, REGON) are shown at the booking step. For anything about your data: [email protected].

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Qualifier form (on this site): which offer you’re interested in, the decision or problem, stage, budget bracket, timeline, and optionally your name and role; plus your email.
Updates sign-up (optional): your email, the date and the wording you agreed to. You first get one email asking you to confirm (double opt-in); nothing else is sent until you do.
Booking data (via Cal.com): name, email, time slot, any pre-call notes you add. We receive a copy of the scheduling facts (name, email, time, the call booked, whether it is paid) — not your notes.
Payment data (via Stripe, through Cal.com): billing details. Card numbers never reach us.
Call & deliverable content: notes taken during the call and the written deliverable produced afterwards.
Email correspondence: any messages you send before, during or after the engagement.

With each form we also store the page it was sent from, the country your connection comes from (as reported by Cloudflare) and any campaign tags in the link (utm_…).

Automatically Collected Information

Cloudflare, our host, processes standard request data (IP address, browser, requested page) to serve and protect the site. Page statistics, where enabled, come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.

We do not set advertising cookies or run tracking pixels. No chatbot is active on this site.

How We Use Your Information

Qualify the engagement: decide whether the 30-min call is the right fit, or route you to the free ebooks / retainer path.
Deliver the service: run the call, produce the written deliverable, send the async follow-up email.
Process payment for the $235 call (or a proposed retainer scope).
Honour the guarantee: process refund requests under the plan-or-refund terms (see Terms of Service).
Send the updates you asked for — only after you confirm, and with a one-click unsubscribe link in every email.
Comply with tax & legal obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR): your request and steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for the qualifier and booking; the contract itself for paid calls; your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for updates; legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) for tax records; our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in a secure site and in respecting unsubscribes.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.

Cloudflare, Cal.com and Stripe may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Data may be disclosed when legally required (court order, lawful request).

No system is 100% secure. Where possible, bring sanitized snippets rather than full production data to the call.

Data Retention

Qualifier answers from people who don’t book: deleted after 90 days.
Booking records: 24 months.
Booked calls: client contact + deliverable kept for 3 years (tax, reference and the guarantee period); invoices as accounting law requires.
Retainer clients: duration of engagement plus 5 years (commercial law / accounting).
Updates subscription: until you unsubscribe, then deleted 30 days later. Sign-ups you never confirm are deleted after 30 days. When you unsubscribe we keep only a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of your address so it is never emailed again; subscribing and confirming again removes it.
Inactive prospects: deleted on request, or automatically after 24 months of no contact.
The backup copy on our own server follows the same rules; deleted records also leave its daily backups within two weeks.

You may request earlier deletion at any time — see “Your Rights”.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete (“right to be forgotten”, subject to legal retention obligations), port, object to or restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies, and none set by this site itself.
Cal.com may set cookies when you interact with the booking embed.

Children’s Privacy

The services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
